Therapia is expanding and we're looking for passionate, client-focused Registered Massage Therapists to join our growing team. We offer multiple work streams designed to give you full flexibility and strong earning potential. Through our Corporate Wellness Program, RMTs provide on-site massage services at corporate offices with a fully booked schedule and a competitive split. For those who prefer more autonomy, our in home massage program allows you to choose your own availability, set a preferred service radius and enjoy an industry leading split. Whether you’re looking for structured high volume days or flexible self directed scheduling, Therapia empowers you to build the practice that fits your lifestyle.

• Focus on patient care:
  Booking, billing, marketing – leave it up to us!

• Conduct Assessment and Develop Care Plans: Perform detailed assessments to understand each patient’s needs, then create clear, personalized treatment plans that support their recovery and continuing health.
• Deliver Evidence Based Treatment: Use techniques supported by current research and clinical best practices.
• Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Track outcomes, update treatment goals and be adaptable to patients' changing needs.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Assess home environments for safety risks, follow infection control protocols and adhere to regulatory documentation standards.
• Manage Your Caseload Independently
  :
  Have the freedom to manage clinical notes and coordinate directly with patients in your preferred service area.
• Educate and Empower Your Patients
  :
  Help clients understand their treatment plans, provide guidance on home care and prevention strategies, and encourage active participation in their recovery and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with our Administrative Team
  :
  Coordinate your schedule and availability with the team to ensure seamless operation for patient bookings.

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Massage Therapists in the region for which care is provided
• New grads are welcome
• You must have all mobile equipment on hand
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel at least 30 minutes to patients’ homes is highly preferred
