As a clinician at Myo, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality care to your clients. You will use clinical reasoning, judgment, and expertise to deliver care and create an action plan that helps clients do what they love, longer.

• Deliver high-quality care to every client that walks through our door
• Use your clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver care and create action plans to help clients do what they love, longer
• Engage with local referral sources to support the development of your own caseload
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education provided within the organization as well as external resources
• Partner with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow

• Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college
• Have the appropriate liability insurance
• Put your clients' needs first, demonstrated through behaviours such as cross-referring clients when appropriate, following up after appointments, managing outreach to unscheduled or "dropped" clients, and being open to client schedules
• A strong advocate of your own growth and development; eager to learn from your Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, Regional Director of Clinical Development, and fellow clinicians
• Thrive on giving and receiving feedback; adjust your client care and performance accordingly
• A team player who cares about the development of the entire team
• Contribute to clinic culture by mentoring students, covering shifts when needed, and participating in clinic events/workshops
• Collaborative in nature and value partnering closely with your clinic’s Front Desk team
• Strong communicator with an understanding of positive customer service
