Spa Supervisor

We're currently looking for a Spa Supervisor to join our vibrant team of wellness professionals. • Lead and support spa team members with empathy and professionalism
• Manage daily operations and appointment schedules to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Resolve guest and service challenges quickly and thoughtfully
• Handle administrative tasks like reports and payroll coordination
• Maintain spa standards — ensuring rooms, equipment, and service areas are always guest-ready
• Mentor and coach team members to deliver exceptional service
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Values

• At least 1 year of experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
• Preferred:
  Certified Aesthetician or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
• Equivalent experience in spa operations, product knowledge, or body treatments also welcome
• A genuine passion for wellness and helping others thrive
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• A calm, confident leadership style that inspires those around you

Note:

Product and treatment training may be required within the first 6 months if not already completed.

• Frequent walking and standing
• Ability to climb short flights of stairs
• Upper limb coordination for computer and treatment demonstrations
• Lift/reach up to 10 kg; occasionally push/pull up to 20 kg
• Regular guest and team interactions in a comfortable indoor environment
