We’re looking for our next Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner. Could It Be You?

The Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner is a key member of the Brokerage Finance team whose purpose is to deliver critical forecasting and financial data analytics for the brokerage and wealth management business units. Reporting to the Director, FP&A, this role will oversee the balance sheet and P&L for Brokerage, preparation and tracking of business cases, management reporting, forecasting, and the budgets while leading a team dedicated to business partnering and management reporting.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Leading the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic planning initiatives for the brokerage and wealth management sectors.
  • Performance Analysis: Managing the tracking of business cases and conducting monthly/annual analysis of operating results against budget for Executive team reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Overseeing the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A).
  • Process Improvement: Driving continuous improvement in FP&A business processes and leading special finance projects.
  • Team Leadership: Managing, motivating, and setting performance objectives for team members.
Qualifications
  • Hold a degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Hold a CPA, CFA or MBA designation (or working towards one)
  • Have 5-10 years of relevant financial experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Have advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Net Suite
