What’s

on Offer

As Senior Manager, Finance
, reporting directly to a CFO with a track record of building successful tech finance teams, you will be the bridge between raw data and our company’s DNA. We need a strategist who can dig into the business — someone who can translate financial data and turn a spreadsheet into a compelling narrative of success. As a cornerstone of support, you will own the intersection of strategy and execution.

From building financial models to autonomously navigating year-end audits and investor reporting, you will be the backbone of our financial success. This is a role for a curious, high-ownership leader who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, optimize our software stack, and find the efficiencies that allow us to scale.

Responsibilities
  • Uncover Hidden Truths
    • Dig in and explore identifying key metrics, processes and truths that we haven't even thought to look at yet, which will become cornerstones of our financial success
  • Drive Revenue Accountability
    • Build sophisticated financial models and KPIs that help the leadership team hold the business leaders accountable to revenue targets through KPIs (sales funnels, financial forecasts, etc.)
  • Architect Efficiency & Cash Flow
    • Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, manage expenses and cash flow
    • Communicate results and respectfully challenge business leaders to find operational efficiencies
    • Own the financial tech stack that allows us to scale, identifying and implementing new tools as necessary — including AI efficiencies across the organization
  • Master Month-End
    • Oversee the financial results produced by our external bookkeepers, compare them against forecasts and deliver high-impact month-end packages to the leadership team
  • Own the Audit & Compliance
    • Autonomously manage the year-end audit process from start to finish, including the drafting of key technical accounting papers
  • Complete Quarterly Reporting
    • Contribute to drafting the financial narrative for investors and the Board of Directors, creating comprehensive quarterly reporting packages that drive strategic discussion
Qualifications
  • The Credentials
    • 6+ years of relevant experience with a CPA/CA designation (required)
  • Builder Mentality
    • You don't just follow processes; you love building and improving them, implementing the tools and systems needed to win
    • A "never-settle" attitude; you are always striving to learn a new tool or master a new financial concept
  • Strategic Partnership & Solid Communication
    • Financial analysis is the heartbeat of strategy and a key part of making strategic business decisions
    • You can build a business case that drives operational decisions or shifts company direction and partner cross-functionally to make it happen
    • Strong presentation and communication skills; you can explain the "why" behind the numbers to anyone in the building
  • Modeling Mastery & Experience
    • Creating complex financial models is second nature
    • You can turn raw data into a clear, actionable story with minimal guidance
    • Deep experience in FP&A, including sophisticated business cases and monthly statement analysis
  • Operational Agility
    • Thrives in fast-paced environments, can move quickly, and possesses advanced Excel and tech savviness (Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite) to automate the mundane
    • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Strong Ownership & a Supportive Team Player
    • Self-starter who manages multiple high-stakes projects with discretion
    • Thrives in fast-paced environments and helps the team meet tight deadlines
    • Enjoys strategic decision-making and partnering with the business
    • Always up for a challenge and eager to learn
    • Experience managing confidential and sensitive information
