  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline data cleaning and reconciliation workflows
  • Partner with Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to align data standards, definitions, and control expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system resilience, data transparency, and process efficiency within the liquidity risk ecosystem.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools for dashboarding, data visualization, and storytelling.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation is considered an asset.
  • Firm understanding of control frameworks, data governance, and reconciliation processes in a financial institution.
  • Familiarity with liquidity risk concepts, balance sheet structures, and regulatory metrics (e.g., LCR, NSFR) preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to automate, innovate, and modernize data-driven processes in a control-oriented environment.

What’s in it for you?
