Opportunity in the insurance and wealth management industry supporting independent advisors across Canada. The role focuses on advisor relationship management, financial services operations, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams. • Salaried: $30 per hour.
• Incorporated Business Rate: $36 per hour.
• 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
• Remote on Monday and Friday; on-site Tuesday to Thursday.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent advisors through email, calls, and scheduled meetings.
• Provide timely communications to advisors regarding operational updates, new developments, and key business information.
• Serve as the main point of contact for advisor inquiries and business-related requests from wealth branches.
• Act as an escalation point and take ownership of issue resolution while ensuring timely outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal departments and business units to resolve complex situations and implement solutions.
• Ensure resolutions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and business standards.
• Manage internal processes and provide operational support to members of the advisor support team.
• Maintain reporting on service levels and operational performance for supported branches.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders including operations, compliance, recruitment, training, IT, and field partners.
• Support initiatives and change management activities aimed at improving the advisor experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFP or CFA are considered an asset.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial services or the investment industry.
• Experience working with an investment dealer or within a wealth management environment.
• Understanding of wealth management products and advisor practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with advisor technologies such as back-office systems, portfolio management platforms, or financial planning tools is an asset.
• Experience or interest in using AI technology is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relationship management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
