We are hiring on behalf of a well-established Canadian real estate investment and asset management firm with a large portfolio of assets under management. The organization oversees a large multi‑family portfolio across Canada and maintains an active development pipeline. Known for being performance‑driven and people‑focused, they operate in a fast‑paced environment with strong exposure to investors and senior leadership.

Our client is seeking an Senior Investment Analyst to support reporting, fund performance analysis, and financial planning across its real estate investment portfolio. This role works closely with Corporate Finance, Property Accounting, Asset Management, and Investments, while also contributing to investor‑level reporting. It is a strong opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in real estate finance and fund analytics.

• Preparing quarterly and annual external reporting, including MD&A
• Supporting investor reporting and board‑level presentation materials
• Assisting in annual budgeting and quarterly re‑forecasting processes
• Delivering monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Supporting offering memorandum preparation and updates
• Conducting market research across sub‑markets and providing recommendations to the Asset Management team
• Analyzing revenue and expenses, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights

• 1+ years of experience in a similar reporting, FP&A, or investment analysis role
• Real estate, asset management, or investment fund exposure preferred
• Strong accounting and financial reporting foundation
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and process‑driven with a high level of ownership
