Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with over experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry, specializing in Credit Card systems
. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise across multiple areas of the credit card lifecycle and will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for credit card systems
    .
  • Lead and support initiatives across one or more credit card domains:
    • Origination – application intake, underwriting, approval workflows.
    • Servicing – account maintenance, customer service processes.
    • Collections – delinquency management, recovery strategies.
    • Rewards – points accrual, redemption, loyalty programs.
    • Disputes – chargeback handling, fraud investigation.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) and Waterfall project phases as needed.
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation using tools like Visio
    , Confluence
    , and MS Office Suite
    .
  • Manage JIRA boards and ensure traceability of requirements through the development lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Support testing and validation efforts, including UAT coordination and defect triaging.
1. Card Application
  • Strong background in KYC, AML, and customer onboarding processes.
2. Payment
  • Experience with payment rail operations (ACH, SWIFT, Fed Wire, RTP).
  • Hands-on with payment account management, compliance, and collections.
3. Core Dispute Lifecycle
  • Experience in chargebacks, fraud control, compliance, and customer service escalations.
4. Account Management
  • Managed card activation, credit line adjustments, and customer contact updates.
5. Balance & Settlements
  • Exposure to cash advances, refunds, fee reviews, and financial reporting, cash flow management and settlements.
