- Lead requirements gathering sessions with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholders for FATCA-related initiatives.
- Analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows related to FATCA reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Interpret FATCA regulations and translate them into business and system requirements.
- Support implementation and enhancement of FATCA reporting solutions and controls.
- Perform data analysis to ensure accurate customer classification, withholding tax calculations, and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with IT teams during system design, development, SIT/UAT phases.
- Prepare test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure regulatory compliance validation.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements aligned with regulatory standards.
- Support audit queries and regulatory reviews related to FATCA controls
