Our growing investment practice is looking for a talented, hardworking  Investment Analyst  to be based in our Toronto office, serving Eckler’s clients across the country. This is a great opportunity to start your journey in investment consulting.

The consultants provide advice to a wide range of pension (defined benefit and defined contribution), foundation/endowment, and other institutional investment clients. The team helps with all aspects of our clients’ investment strategy including investment policy development, asset liability modelling, portfolio structuring (including traditional and alternative assets), plan design, manager and fund line‑up selection, record keeper selection, monitoring, governance, and compliance. The analyst group is at the heart of the practice, building customized reports and information required by our clients.

We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills who can fit into a tightly knit team and can effectively deal with competing priorities in a busy consulting practice. Promotecontinuousimprovementinprocessesandreporting,proactively identifying opportunities for enhancements
