This national firm seeks an entrepreneurial M&A lawyer to join a group of leading practitioners active in private mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. The firm services local clients both at home and internationally, which clients include financial institutions, major corporations and members of the investment banking and private equity constituencies.
