KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CUSTOMER
Support successful execution of relevant reporting, operational requests, and relevant transactional requests for the business unit and/or clientConduct less complex analytics and research, and obtain/share internal and external relevant business/market dataAssist with building and reviewing internal models, tools, processes, policies, presentations, and other related materials; challenge team and improve the underlying processes of functional areaAssist with various initiatives, as assignedAssist teams with designing and building software, applications, etc. according to business requirements, UX designs, and architectural guidelines, and ensure that high-quality productsSHAREHOLDER
Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivityConsistently exercise discretion in managing information and all matters of confidentiality; escalates issues where appropriateAccess systems, understand and apply system capabilities, ensure information is completed timely and accuratelyUpdate and contribute to the preparation of procedural documents in support of day-to-day operationsEscalate non-standard or high risk activities as deemed appropriateFollow internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactionsBe knowledgeable and/or aware of industry developmentsAcquire and apply expertise in the discipline, provide guidance, assistance and direction to othersProtect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk activities as necessaryMaintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetiteEMPLOYEE / TEAM
