/Accountabilities:This role supports the Market Management team in achieving a key objective – to enhance the Transaction Banking brand both internally and externally. Working closely with the Product Management team, you will assist in gathering and analyzing market insights that underpin our strategic initiatives. Your work will contribute to shaping a compelling narrative that reinforces Transaction Banking's reputation as a thought leader and innovative partner, while also fostering a cohesive internal brand.
As part of the Market Management team, you will be instrumental in providing the analytical foundation for projects that drive brand excellence. Your contributions will enable cross-functional collaboration and support strategic decisions that solidify Transaction Banking's market positioning.
Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following categories:
Conference, Events, and Awards Strategy:
Help manage submissions for speakers, events, and awards as well as research and coordination for industry events.
Client Engagement:
Assist with client meeting research and preparation including briefing notes, slide creation, coordination across stakeholders, and follow-up.
Branding & Thought Leadership:
Support the development of a consistent point of view across priority themes and contribute to the creation of high-impact content and materials, such as external-facing presentations, publications, client email templates, and executive speaking notes.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an interest in financial services, research, writing, and marketing strategy.
We are open to considering individuals from a variety of professional and academic backgrounds; however, an undergraduate degree and some relevant work experience is required.
Successful candidates will be assessed through a case study as well as several rounds of interviews.
