Executive Director, Relationship Manager, Energy Transition

Overview

As a Relationship Manager, Energy Transition you will apply your deep knowledge and understanding of the industry dynamics in the F&A sectors, with a specific focus on Energy Transition, to maximize client franchise income for Rabobank's Corporate Clients.

Your job with Rabobank:
You will succeed by applying your knowledge of the industry dynamics in the F&A sectors, with a focus on Energy Transition, to maximize client franchise income for Rabobank's Corporate Clients. Developing deep account management skills is a key aspect of this role. You will gain experience as a deal captain in complex transactions and participate in sector platforms and other internal and external networks to broaden professional connections.

Developing managerial, coaching, and project management skills will contribute to your growth.

• Performance against budget
• Organization of work: planning, structured and efficient working order, teamwork, level of professional work attitude
• Lead Client Service Teams and develop client relationships
• Act as deal captain for complex LPG or multi-product transactions
• Ability to (cross-)sell all RI products to WCI clients
• Acquire new WCI (Energy Transition) clients (prospecting)

To be considered for the Relationship Manager, Energy Transition role, you must have:

• Bachelor's Degree, further supported by an appropriate Master's Degree or professional designation (e.g. CFA, CPA)
• 10+ Years experience
• Ability to travel regionally and globally, up to 50%

Target Hiring Range: CAD $ - $

This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank/Rabobank Canada’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
