• Review subscription agreements.
• Follow up with investors on missing documentation.
• Maintain electronic and physical partner records.
• Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned.
• Prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases.
• Produce investor statements and correspondence.
• Assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls.

• Possess a post‑secondary education.
• Preferably have 1–3 years of experience in Client Services.
• Excellent MS Office suite skills (Excel in particular).
• Knowledge of the private equity fund, hedge fund or mutual fund industry and concepts is a plus.
• Experience in Investor Relations, or experience within a transfer agency environment is a plus.
