Financial Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Financial Analyst to support month-end close, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and treasury activities. This role works closely with FP&A and operations in a project-based, asset-intensive environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands‑on accounting with financial analysis.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Perform variance and financial statement analysis
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Prepare short- and mid‑term cash flow forecasts
• Monitor working capital, liquidity, and treasury reporting
• Support audit and internal control processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–6 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling required)
• Experience in a project‑based or asset‑intensive environment preferred
• CPA designation or in progress is an asset
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
