Overview

As a Bilingual Client Service Associate, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide top-notch client support to Financial Advisors. The Client Experience Team is the go-to group for Investment Advisor clients, and the relationship is based on trust in our expertise and ability to support them effectively.

This role requires calm performance in a fast-paced environment and prior experience in the financial services industry. After training, you will service a defined group of advisors and work with a consistent team to deliver excellent service. This position is located at our 15 York office location.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within a team to support Advisors in process-related matters and handle complex inquiries.
  • Directly engage with operations and back-office teams to process documentation and troubleshoot operational and account issues.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the organization to facilitate daily activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Process financial transactions related to Dealer activity with precision and compliance.
  • Raise and track client and operational issues, promptly escalating as required.
  • Apply creative and out-of-the-box thinking when dealing with unique inquiries.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years’ experience providing client service in the investment, banking or related industries with strong client service skills
  • Fluency in English and French (verbal and written)
  • Industry-related academic experience (e.g., CSC, CPH) or demonstrated commitment toward further education
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Team player with friendly personality and strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude
  • Calm approach to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative problem-solving mindset
  • Friendly and service-oriented personality

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $34,320 to $58,500. Exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. The company offers various benefits including health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, paid holidays and vacation time, and other benefits.
