We are hiring on behalf of our client, a high-growth residential real estate organization that is scaling faster than the majority of its peers. This opportunity is well suited for someone who began their career in public accounting, built a strong technical foundation, transitioned into industry, and is now ready to step into a true manager-level role.

• Ownership of corporate and portfolio-level financial reporting and month-end close
• Review of balance sheet reconciliations, variances, and supporting schedules
• Preparation and review of financial statements for corporate and holding entities
• Portfolio reporting and financial analysis to support leadership decision‑making
• Coordination with external auditors and support through year‑end and audits
• Assistance with cash flow reporting, forecasting, and treasury‑related activities
• Leadership and development of a small finance team, with a hands‑on approach

• CPA designation
• Firm‑trained background with progression in public accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience following public accounting
• Exposure to real estate, asset management, or property‑related reporting is an asset
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with detailed reporting packages
• Readiness to step into a manager role with ownership and accountability

• Compensation range of $115K-$125K
