We are launching an end-to-end FX risk management platform that helps global enterprises modernize how they manage currency exposure, hedge programs, and treasury workflows. This venture brings a modern AI-driven platform to solve these challenges — empowering finance leaders to eliminate value leakage, strengthen controls, and make data-driven risk decisions.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this venture from inception to scale. The CEO will shape and execute the vision, build a world-class team, and establish the company as the independent source of truth for global treasury operations.
The Opportunity
Global enterprises are more complex, data-heavy, and exposed to market volatility than ever before — yet the internal systems that support finance decision-making haven’t kept up. Many organizations still depend on spreadsheets and manual workflows for critical forecasting, reporting, and control processes, creating inefficiencies that cost millions annually and limit strategic insight.
We see a major opportunity to build a modern platform that unifies financial data, automates critical workflows, and delivers real-time insight to treasury teams overseeing risk, liquidity, and performance. Early market validation from corporate finance and bank leaders points to a large and urgent pain point — one that existing tools and legacy systems have failed to solve.
This venture has been significantly de-risked, with product-market validation from enterprise treasurers, early design partners, and a solid commercial pipeline.
Who We Are Looking For
We are assembling a dream team of entrepreneurs, technologists, and financial experts, and we are now seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the venture through its next stage of growth. If you are up for it, you will:
Build and lead a high-caliber founding team across product, engineering, and GTM functions
Execute on existing enterprise design partnerships and bring the MVP to market
Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy
Build relationships with corporate clients, banks, and technology partners
Lead fundraising efforts in collaboration with the founding team and investors
Drive the overall company vision, culture, and performance
Demonstrated success in building early-stage ventures or leading 0→1 product launches
Strong experience in fintech software space, with a background selling into the CFO tech stack preferred
Proven track record leading a business as CEO, GM, or senior executive with P&L ownership
Deep understanding of enterprise finance workflows and B2B SaaS sales cycles
Strong communication skills with credibility at the CFO and Treasurer level
Experience raising venture capital or strategic funding
