Actuarial Associate Program
Our Actuarial Associate Program offers a chance to explore Sun Life from the inside. You’ll make a difference in the lives of our customers and communities, while building the skills and experience that allow you to grow in a meaningful and rewarding way. The Actuarial Associate Program offers an exciting opportunity for experienced analysts to dive into the actuarial profession at Sun Life.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?
We are looking for the following qualifications:
Preference to those with a university degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or related degrees
At least three years of actuarial work experience (preferably in insurance or reinsurance)
Successfully obtained ASA/ACIA designation
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Strong technical, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with enthusiasm to think creatively
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and work both independently and in a team
Proficiency in AXIS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong programming skills an asset
