Finance Business Partner

We are working on a confidential search for a Senior Manager, FP&A / Finance Business Partner to support the finance leadership team for the Americas region within a global, growth-oriented organisation.

This role is designed for a commercially minded FP&A leader who enjoys working close to operations, owns regional analysis, and is ready to step into broader leadership responsibility as the business scales.

• Act as a key finance business partner to regional leadership, supporting performance against financial targets
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles for the Americas
• Own financial analysis across a defined portfolio within the region
• Partner with operations to challenge assumptions, validate inputs, and improve forecast accuracy
• Prepare financial insight, commentary, and reporting for senior leadership
• Support month-end performance reviews, working closely with management accounting
• Take on increasing leadership responsibility as the regional finance function evolves

• Support regional forecasting, budgeting, and outlook processes
• Review and challenge operational inputs to financial systems
• Produce analysis and materials for leadership reviews

• Partner with operations and accounting to understand key drivers of performance
• Support accruals and ensure accuracy of reported results
• Deliver variance analysis and performance insight

• Provide financial oversight on project portfolios and selected accounts
• Support new account mobilisation through pricing and cost analysis
• Deep-dive into underperforming accounts to identify risks and mitigation actions
• Track implementation costs versus budget and communicate to stakeholders

• Support regional finance leadership on ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives

• 6+ years’ experience across FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
• Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment
• Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling capability
• Experience with modern finance systems and BI tools
• Confident communicator, able to present insight to senior stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, resilient, and comfortable managing competing priorities
