Your job
• Analyze, authorise or recommend complex commercial financing applications in accordance with the Bank's credit policies, risk appetite and strategic orientations
• Anticipate, assess and mitigate risks related to credit transactions to ensure the quality, integrity and profitability of portfolios
• Monitor and optimise loan portfolios to maintain performance and sound risk management
• Support and coach account managers in structuring files, making decisions and developing business
• Work closely with internal teams and participate in committees or special mandates related to commercial credit
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of practises, processes and tools by proposing innovative solutions adapted to the business context

Prerequisites
• A bachelor's degree in administration, accounting or a related field and at least seven years of relevant experience in commercial credit; or a master's degree in a relevant field with equivalent experience
• Expertise in complex commercial financing, including analysing and structuring high-value files
• Significant experience in monitoring and managing commercial loan portfolios
• Excellent knowledge of financial products and services for businesses
• concrete experience in decision-making contexts involving high complexity and delays
