Lead Data Analyst- Power BI, financials

Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting for multiple business units. Manage P&L reporting, monitor cost center performance, and deliver detailed variance analysis. Develop and present Power BI dashboards to support senior leadership decision-making. Act as a consultative thought partner to leadership by providing strategic financial insights. Present financial and business insights clearly to senior management using strong storytelling skills.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Finance, IT, Operations, Sales, and Business Partners. Own complete headcount (FTE) reporting and forecasting, ensuring staffing accuracy and workforce planning alignment. Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial close activities, including reconciliations. Drive automation and process improvements using Advanced Excel, Power Automate, Oracle, and other financial tools.
