Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, providing financial insight, analysis, and decision support to drive performance, growth, and profitability. This role bridges finance and the business, translating numbers into clear commercial insights and influencing outcomes.

• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
• Provide financial insight to support key decisions (pricing, investments, cost optimization, headcount)
• Challenge assumptions and provide constructive, data‑driven recommendations
• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for assigned business units
• Analyze financial performance vs. budget/forecast and explain key drivers and variances
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business cases

• Track KPIs and translate financial results into actionable insights
• Identify risks and opportunities and proactively recommend corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, sales, marketing, and HR
• Present financial results and insights to leadership in a clear, concise manner
• Act as the main finance point of contact for the assigned business area

• Ensure financial decisions comply with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards
• Support month‑end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Audit teams as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or business partnering roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
• Strong commercial acumen and business judgment
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
  
  Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights
• Proactive, confident, and comfortable challenging stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with a strategic mindset
