Position SummaryThe FP&A Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management to achieve financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze key business drivers and provide insights to senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
