Executive Recruiter | Finance & AccountingThis is a 6 month contract
About the Opportunity
- Review monthly reporting package with management including schedules, account analysis and variance analysis
- Responsible for the monthly recording and analysis of corporate expenses
- Responsible for operating corporate budgets and ongoing corporate forecast
- Assist in quarterly and annual financial audit
- Assist in the preparation of materials related to the quarterly and annual board meetings
- Responsible for consolidations
- Understand and review intercompany balances
- Assist with preparing the quarterly compliance reporting packages
- Responsible for maintaining and managing the various bank accounts
- Responsible for monthly cashflow forecasts to manage the upcoming cash needs for the entity and its subsidiaries
- Responsible for annual cashflow budgets and ongoing updated forecasts
- Ad Hoc projects, as assigned
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ related experience
- CPA or foreign accounting designation
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and organization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel functionality
