We’re looking for a Manager to join our team as Manager, Finance Solutions for a fixed‑term position. In this role, you will lead a Finance Solutions sub‑team with an initial focus on FP&A excellence, analytics, and planning systems, while maintaining flexibility to support other Finance domains over time. The role is ideal for a hands‑on, technically strong Finance leader with deep systems expertise and people leadership capability.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and actively contribute to Finance modernization initiatives, with an initial focus on FP&A reporting, forecasting, and analytics, while remaining adaptable to support other Finance functions as needed.
  • Design, build, and oversee scalable Finance solutions using platforms such as One Stream, Power BI, SQL‑based data models, and enterprise AI‑enabled analytics capabilities.
  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities that create capacity, reduce recurring manual effort, and improve data reliability across Finance processes.

  • Ensure Finance processes, reports, and systems are well‑documented, controlled, and scalable.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts through clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance check‑ins.
  • Act as a trusted partner to FP&A and Finance leadership, translating business needs into analytical, system‑based, and automated solutions.
  • Support change management for new FP&A tools, reports, and processes, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field of study.
  • 5 – 8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, analytics, or finance transformation roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring Analysts and Senior Analysts in an FP&A or analytics environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and Finance system architecture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or CFA designation, or progress toward either.
  • Hands‑on experience with the One Stream platform.
  • Experience leveraging AI‑enabled analytics or generative AI tools within enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with analytics or automation tools such as Alteryx.
