FP&A Analyst
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Operations, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with multiple departments and have direct exposure to senior leaders of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, forecasting, annual budget, and long-term financial plans for the senior leadership team;
- Assist with quarterly and annual management reporting package for the board of directors;
- Assist with analyzing financial results and variances and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through preparation of monthly financial reports for department leaders;
- Improve and streamline financial models and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
- Work on special projects as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or similar role;
- Strong analytical and problem solving;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets;
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting;
- Prior experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and Hubspot a plus, but not required;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team;
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills;
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
