Key responsibilities:

Take the reins as Vice President of Finance, overseeing finance operations and accounting across multiple regions (US, LATAM & Canada).

Partner with executive leadership to drive strategy, improve operational efficiency, and deliver actionable financial insights.

Drive process improvements, finance transformation, and reporting enhancements that make a real difference.

Support M&A, portfolio company projects, and strategic initiatives for PE stakeholders.

Lead and mentor a high‑performing finance team, building capability and ensuring results.

Qualifications:

Proven as a VP of Finance, or equivalent, ideally in PE‑backed companies or consultancy environments.

Strong expertise in finance, FP&A, accounting, and operational finance.

Experienced in interim leadership roles, delivering quick, tangible results.

Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑change environments and thrives under challenge.

Skilled in leadership, communication, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
