We are looking for our next Director, Capital Markets. Reporting to the Managing Director, Capital Markets, the Director is responsible for the leadership and daily oversight and execution of the Capital Markets operations. This role ensures the seamless execution, administration, and settlement of all wholesale funding programs, including Whole Loan Sales (WLS), revolving secured credit facilities (mortgages and consumer loans), and NHA MBS and CMB securitization.

The Director leads a high-performing operations team and is accountable for the integrity of asset acquisition and funding execution and investor/lender inquiries and data requests. As a key leader supporting Questbank’s launch and evolution, the incumbent will oversee the operationalization of new and existing funding channels and the implementation and administration of new securitization related technology. A key priority for this leader is the championing of Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation, ensuring the operations group leverages advanced technology to drive enterprise-wide efficiencies, reduce operational risk, and scale effectively.

• Operational Leadership & Team Management:
  Lead and mentor the Capital Markets Operations team (including Managers and Analysts), fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the daily administration of all funding programs, ensuring all operational milestones (pooling, sales, remittances, and settlements) are met without fail.
• Manage the operational budget and resource allocation to support the bank’s growth, including the onboarding of new technology and headcount for NHAMBS administration.
• Transaction Execution & Program Administration:
  Quarterback the execution of ongoing Whole Loan Sales and issuance of Multi-family MBS pools.
