We are seeking a creative problem solver who enjoys working in teams and has experience in finance and consulting. As a Manager, you will support the team to analyze financial data, develop strategies, and present findings to clients. You will work closely with consultants and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

As a Finance Transformation Manager or Senior Manager, you are expected to utilize your knowledge and experience to provide innovative solutions to clients as well as produce insightful thought leadership. You'll actively contribute to improving operational efficiency and ensuring high quality on projects and internal initiatives. Your role in leading teams (or parts of teams) on projects will depend on the size of engagement and will be under responsibility of higher levels, they will also look to you to anticipate and identify risks and elevate issues as appropriate.

Additionally, you will establish, maintain, and strengthen client relationships as a trusted business advisor, and identify potential business opportunities for EY.

As an influential member of the team, you'll help create a positive learning culture and actively coach and counsel junior team members to help them develop.

• Lead the delivery of Finance Transformation engagements, advising clients on internal finance strategy, operating models, and financial processes.
• Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking budgets, and communicating issues to project leaders.
• Participate in business development initiatives (POVs, Proposals, Next Wave Sessions, etc.).
• Build strong internal relationships within Consulting and across other services.

• Keep people at center through effective supervising, coaching, and mentoring of staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff.
• Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Finance Transformation professionals.
• Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills and knowledge.
• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
