** How you’ll make an impact:
** As a
** Student, Digital Transformation**, you will be working as part of the Digital Transformation team within Client Services to support a company-wide initiative leading to a client-centric and highly digital organization. You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the company to support the overall initiative.
** You will have the opportunity to:
*** Gather and analyze information to help track initiatives
* Participate in planning and execution of digital initiatives
* Be part of a team and contribute to an important strategic initiative
* Learn about and interact with various divisions across Fidelity

* What we’re looking for:
*** You are detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills
* You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
* You like working with a team as well as autonomously
* You know when to take initiative and when to ask for clarification or help
* You are comfortable interacting with people at varying levels of the organization
* Are confident in your ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing demands
* You must be enrolled in a registered co-op program to be considered for this opportunity
* You must be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the term
* You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.

** flexible, hourly compensation model
** that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The undergraduate hourly rate ranges from **$23.00 to $27.00**, based on experience and qualifications.
