Join Sun Life as a Director of Finance, responsible for supporting the financial stewardship of approximately $1 billion in strategic initiatives across the enterprise. This role develops globally consistent financial metrics to help enterprise leaders understand the value created by initiatives.

• Develop and maintain quarterly financial reporting for key strategic initiatives.
• Drive financial insights from initiatives for senior leaders.
• Create financial metrics that link qualitative outcomes to financial results.
• Partner with Business, Risk Management, and Value Realization Office to ensure globally consistent messaging on initiatives.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and forecast cycles for enterprise initiatives reporting.
• Lead expense‑related initiatives as required.
• Identify and recommend process‑improvement opportunities to foster continuous improvement.

• 5+ years in expense management and planning & analysis roles.
• Solution orientation with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven experience in cost accounting, modelling, allocation creation, and analysis.
• CPA or equivalent accounting designation.
• Experience working in large, complex organizations.
• Creative, client‑centered solutions with multiple alternatives and approaches.
• Technology and analytics skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to implement best practices and lead with thought leadership.

Bare Minimum Salary Range: $110,000 – $180,000 (base). Eligible employees may receive incentive plans subject to performance.
