Role Overview

Support project teams by tracking costs, reviewing invoices, performing variance analysis, and preparing cost reports for multi‑disciplinary System Improvement projects.

Location: North York or Markham, ON
Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Mon/Tues/Thurs), 2 days remote (Wed/Fri)
Duration: 1 year
Suggested Pay Rate: $29.08/hr
Drivers Abstract: Required

• Track and reconcile daily/weekly project costs.
• Review, code, and track invoices; ensure proper WBS allocation.
• Update cost trackers from SAP/Oracle, POs, invoices, and vendor communications.
• Conduct monthly accruals and affiliate billing.
• Support cost reporting, variance analysis, and scope change management.
• Prepare cost status reports and meeting minutes.
• Liaise with PMs, Finance, and stakeholders to resolve cost discrepancies.

• Degree or relevant operations experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Oracle/SAP preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and work with multiple stakeholders.
