Position: Velocity - Tangerine Operations Internship/Co-op - Summer 2026

In this role, you will:
Be working and partnering with multiple stakeholders within the bank and teams such as contact centers, clients, internal operations teams etc.Dive deep into process mapping and gap analysis for client related issues and help find solutions.Provide recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures that drive operational excellence or a more amazing client experience.Define the scope and the metrics to confirm success for initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.You will help support with a larger scope of team-wide projects and initiatives as needed.Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if:
You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, and competitions and/or hackathons.You have knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.You have the ability to research, analyze and prepare a report.You have Knowledge in SQL series, although not a requirement.You are analytical, detailed oriented with strong written and verbal skills.You can work on multiple initiatives at the same time.What’s in it for you?
