FinancialAnalyst, FP&A at a glance
The Financial Analyst, FP&A is a key member of the portfolio performance team, responsible for preparation, analysis, and reporting of forecasts, month‑ends, and business proposals.
Responsibilities- Monitor business performance through analysis of portfolio forecasts, month‑end results, and review of significant variances.
- Support the financial forecast cycle through established rituals and routines.
- Execute the monthly actualization process including P&L variance analyses, insights, and issue resolution.
- Seek opportunities to improve financial planning and analysis processes to provide a high level of service efficiently and effectively.
- Provide analytical assistance on business results and achieving financial targets via data‑driven insights and recommendations.
- University degree in business, accounting, economics, mathematics or a related field; an accounting designation (e.g., CPA) or near completion is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and broad business acumen.
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and accounting principles.
- Experience in financial modeling, sensitivity, and scenario analysis is an asset.
- Ability to work autonomously and think independently.
- Strong understanding of financial statements.

CompensationNew Hire Base Salary Range: $75,400.00 – $94,200.00.
