Financial Analyst at a Glance...

The Financial Analyst, FP&A will be accountable for the Away From Home P&L. This position will lead reporting, analysis, drivers, and action plans on an ongoing basis. This team member is a key player on understanding the results and forecast of the business, providing insights to key stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Financial Forecasting and Analysis
  • Responsible for short-term and long-term business P&L, providing clear visibility into results and forecast
  • Own cross-functional partnerships to provide insights and create action items to solve gaps and drive the business
  • Analytical assistance on business results and achieving financial targets via data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Develops monthly forecast on the full P&L
  • Owns the Finance MPR presentation to Away From Home and Finance Leadership teams and explaining root cause and business drivers
  • Assesses risks and opportunities for the business and initiates mitigating measures.
Planning & Strategy
  • Leads the 3-year strategic planning process and works with Marketing and Sales team on developing full financial projections for the key initiatives.
  • Leads the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Financial modelling for costing and profitability projection including Innovation launches, custom/customer label products
  • Team supports whitespace reporting and analysis to ensure Sales team is achieving the set targets for whitespace initiatives
  • Become expert in industry, providing recommendation on channels, customers, product formats
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related areas is required
  • Experience in CPG and/or Food service industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen
  • Experience in Financial Planning Analysis, Forecasting and Accounting Principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to provide leadership with cross functional teams including sales, marketing and supply chain
  • Strong project management experience; ability to develop, monitor and evaluate multiple projects with multiple deliverables and deadlines
  • Demonstrated capacity to think strategically with expertise in complex problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills, displays good judgment
  • Effective at proactively assessing and resolving conflicts
  • Strong Excel Skills

New Hire Base Salary Range: $75,400.00 - $94,200.00

Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
