• Monitor daily trade activities and prepare weekly reports for senior management.
• Perform cash and security position reconciliations between custodians and internal systems.
• Maintain internal records for profit attribution, NAV calculations, and management reporting.
• Enhance operational workflows by leveraging technology to improve scalability and reduce manual processes.
• Engage in cross‑functional collaboration to support operational efficiency and business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree (BCom) or postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Investments.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment operations, fund administration, or financial services.
• Solid understanding of the trading cycle, financial instruments, and capital markets.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to organize and present information clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Trading experience or exposure to trading systems is considered an asset.

• Prior buy‑side experience (family office, asset management, or investment firm).
• Proficiency in VBA, Python, or other automation tools to streamline reporting and operations.
• Hands‑on trading experience with publicly traded securities.
• Fluency in additional languages, particularly Mandarin, is an asset.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Power BI, or other investment and reporting platforms.
