What is the opportunity?

The RBC Dominion Securities Beaches branch is currently seeking an Associate to join a diverse advisory team specialized in providing wealth management services to a sophisticated clientele. You will participate in growing the business by providing exceptional and efficient service, handling administrative duties related to client accounts, and responding to client inquiries.

• Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients, managing timelines and key dates to ensure clients feel supported by our team.
• Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time‑efficient manner (account transactions, requests, documentation, reporting, etc.).
• Apply superior problem‑resolution skills to provide proactive client service, liaising with various departments to deliver smooth and timely solutions.
• Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners.
• Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.
• Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects.
• Ensure client files and documentation are accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.
• Update the team’s communication channels, including websites, Linked In, Facebook, brochures, and newsletters using social media skills.
• Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
• Support the Advisor team and clients through the Wealth Management process, maintaining an audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.

• Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
• Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills
• Demonstrated skills in providing world‑class client service that is professional, warm, and friendly
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

• Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
• Experience in the securities industry

The expected pay range for this position is: $37,500.00 - $50,000.00

This position includes competitive‑based pay, and the overall earning potential is impacted by a variable incentive structure, earning a multiple of salary up to 1.0x.
