What is the opportunity?
The RBC Dominion Securities Beaches branch is currently seeking an Associate to join a diverse advisory team specialized in providing wealth management services to a sophisticated clientele. You will participate in growing the business by providing exceptional and efficient service, handling administrative duties related to client accounts, and responding to client inquiries.
What will you do?- Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients, managing timelines and key dates to ensure clients feel supported by our team.
- Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time‑efficient manner (account transactions, requests, documentation, reporting, etc.).
- Apply superior problem‑resolution skills to provide proactive client service, liaising with various departments to deliver smooth and timely solutions.
- Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners.
- Assist the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects.
- Ensure client files and documentation are accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.
- Update the team’s communication channels, including websites, Linked In, Facebook, brochures, and newsletters using social media skills.
- Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
- Support the Advisor team and clients through the Wealth Management process, maintaining an audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.
- Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
- Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills
- Demonstrated skills in providing world‑class client service that is professional, warm, and friendly
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
- Experience in the securities industry

Pay RangeThe expected pay range for this position is: $37,500.00 - $50,000.00
This position includes competitive‑based pay, and the overall earning potential is impacted by a variable incentive structure, earning a multiple of salary up to 1.0x.
