Client Associate (IR Licensed)

As a member of CIBC Wood Gundy, you will be responsible for building and growing Wood Gundy client portfolios through dedicated relationship management, trusted investment advice and exceptional client service. You will work closely with Investment Advisors to help manage their portfolios and develop new business, engaging directly with high‑net‑worth clients to offer support, uncover opportunities, and proactively improve the client experience.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $50,840 to $59,350, with participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program. Compensation is based on skills, experience, and business needs, and supports growth within the salary range as you advance.
How You’ll Succeed- Client Engagement – Focus on each client’s experience, anticipate needs, communicate promptly, and identify opportunities to enhance the client journey.
- Business Development – Proactively identify business opportunities, assist Investment Advisors with building investment plans, and support the development of new client relationships.
- Relationship Building – Heighten CIBC’s brand awareness by attending local events, participating in marketing and outreach, and growing your network for future opportunities.
- You possess current Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH), and Investment Representative (IR) accreditation. Registered Representative (RR) licensing is an asset.
