The Controller will oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while supporting strategic business decisions.

• Manage all accounting and finance operational activities
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with ASPE, including review of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Complete monthly consolidation processes and analyze results versus budget, forecast, and prior year
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting efforts
• Prepare quarterly bank and parent company reporting
• Manage audit processes and corporate tax filings
• Complete US government reporting as required
• Maintain, develop, and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks
• Manage, mentor, and develop finance staff to achieve organizational objectives
• Partner with executive leadership to provide actionable financial insights that drive business performance
• Lead or support software upgrades, system integrations, and automation initiatives
• Ensure data integrity across accounting and operational systems
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements across jurisdictions
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, HR, and IT to align financial objectives with organizational goals
• Perform additional duties as required

• Progressive controllership experience (blend of Accounting & Analysis)
• Currently in a Managerial position (min 1.5 years)
• Coming from a company that produces and/or sells tangible goods (inventory)
• Ability to travel to the US quarterly
