The Role

You’ll work closely with a range of internal stakeholders while building hands‑on experience across multiple asset types and corporate structures.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial analyses, performance reporting, and return metrics (IRR, MOC, TWR).
  • Support quarterly valuations, board materials, and management reporting.
  • Monitor liquidity and prepare capital call and distribution schedules.
  • Review closing statements, coordinate with tax, and liaise with property managers as needed.

  • Assist with quarterly reporting packages and presentations.
  • Support external audit and tax processes alongside major public accounting firms.
  • Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and scalability initiatives.
  • Assist with due diligence for refinancing, dispositions, development projects, and re‑developments.
  • Work with tax advisors on assessments, appeals, and compliance matters.
Requirements
  • CPA designated or actively pursuing (support provided).
  • 1–2 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally with exposure to real estate or investment environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
