• Research various U.S. cross-border tax related issues and conclude on their potential implications
• Collect and analyze relevant financial and tax data, identify issues and errors, and investigate discrepancies
• Coordinate with the IRS and state authorities, assist in preparation of election forms
• Collaborate with engagement teams to plan timelines, risk assessments, and other documents
• Identify issues and errors, and investigate discrepancies

• Minimum of 1 year of U.S. public accounting tax experience
• You have completed or are pursuing your Canadian or U.S. professional accounting designation (CPA)
• Excellent client service skills with the ability to understand the clients business
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills
• Experience communicating complex tax matter both written and verbally
• U.S. personal, trust, estate, and gift tax experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate federal and state income tax compliance
• Highly motivated individual with a desire to grow
• Other language skills are an asset, please let us know if you are fluent in other languages

Placement within the salary range will depend on depth of experience, demonstrated skills and alignment with the scope of the role.
