A leading live entertainment company in Toronto is seeking Event Staff Supervisors to coordinate activities of Ushers and Ticket Takers. Responsibilities include supervising team members, providing customer service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and assisting with training. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service within live events and holds a valid Smart Serve Certificate. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks, with a compensation rate of $22 per hour.
