GM Financial is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors. We are a global provider of auto-finance solutions. The Summer Student position is a temporary role designed to support various business functions such as Customer Service, Data & Reporting, Credit, and other operational teams. This team member will assist in a range of tasks that contribute to an enhanced customer and dealer experience, optimized workflows, and effective communication across the organization. We have positions available in the following departments:

• Credit
• CX
• Data Analytics and Reporting
• Remarketing
• Sales and Marketing

What makes you an ideal candidate?

• Basic knowledge of effective customer service techniques
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Interpersonal skills necessary to promote a cooperative team environment and provide good customer service

• Automotive and customer service experience is an asset.
• Must be actively pursuing post secondary school degree.

Please note this is an onsite position. The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days onsite from Monday to Friday.

The pay rate for this position is $25/hr.
