We are looking for a driven and highly-organized Partnerships & Events Associate to help bring Sweat and Tonic’s private events and brand experiences to life. This full-time role supports the planning and execution of private classes, wellness events, and brand activations that drive revenue and deepen community engagement. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
PrimaryJob Responsibilities
- Support planning and logistics for all event formats, including private classes, on-site and off-site activations, private bookings and parties, community events, and internal socials at all locations.
- Manage the team inbox, provide quotes, schedule meetings, and lead tours from inquiry through event execution.
- Coordinate execution of all events and activations, including on-site support, signage setup, brand materials, vendor coordination, and staffing as needed.
- Act as a point-of-contact for clients from onboarding through event execution, delivering exceptional premium experiences to the highest brand standards.
- Maintain event calendars, CRM pipelines, and follow-ups, ensuring communication and documentation are consistently updated in Hub Spot.
- Provide ongoing administrative support for the corporate membership program, including tracking enrollment, eligibility, and regular audits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Food & Beverage, Fitness, Tonic Spa, and Operations teams to execute flawless events.
- Own client communications and follow-ups for inbound event leads, helping move opportunities through the funnel.
- Coordinate labor and vendor quotes, bookings, and logistics for third-party services such as catering, beverages, rentals, photographers, DJs, and event supplies.
- Create ROS for all events and communicate pre-execution to relevant teams.
- Support ideation, planning, and execution for internal programming, including team socials, fundraisers, and company-wide celebrations.
- Identify and surface opportunities for future partnerships, collaborations, and pop-ups that align with S&T’s brand and community.
- 1-2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or a client-facing role, ideally in a high volume or fast-paced environment.
- Experience with planning, organizing, and running events.
- A creative thinker and self-motivated problem solver who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong time-management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to the highest brand communication and visual standards.
- Exceptional communicator, including writing emails, presenting ideas, and managing live event logistics.
- Familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools like Hub Spot.
- Comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and communicating with leadership.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends when required.
- Interest in boutique fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a strong asset.
- Base salary: $51,000 - $57,000 based on experience.
