We are currently seeking a Car Wash Attendant for our Pearson Airport location. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be the point of contact for customers bringing in their vehicles for cleaning services. You will ensure we consistently meet customer and client expectations by providing excellent service and maintaining high‑quality standards throughout the facility. You are an ambassador for both the company and the venue.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Guide vehicles into the wash area safely and efficiently.
• Perform exterior hand washes, tire shine, wax, polish, and full interior cleaning (shampoo, vacuuming, window cleaning, dash wipe‑down).
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure all equipment, chemicals, and wash systems are functioning properly.
• Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all equipment to keep it in proper working order.
• Maintain the property in spotless condition, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Ensure vacuums are unclogged, hoses are properly hung, and trash receptacles are emptied.
• Address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions with frequent exposure to varying temperatures.
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to safely maneuver on wet surfaces and wear proper slip‑resistant footwear.
• Exposure to cleaning products and loud noises.

• Previous car detailing or car wash experience is an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Results‑oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
