Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Data Analyst to drive insights across our User Acquisition initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of players discover, engage with, and generate value from our games. Partnering closely with our User Acquisition, Data, and Product teams, you’ll translate complex data into actionable insights that optimise spend efficiency and fuel profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker/Tableau to provide actionable insights to Marketing and Product teams.

Manage reporting pipelines for campaign performance, LTV modelling, and ROI measurement.

Collaborate with the User Acquisition team on cohort analyses, predictive LTV models, and incrementality testing to guide budget allocation.

Analyse, evaluate, and form independent judgments on various marketing outputs, working with a wide variety of data from different sources – internal and external, structured and unstructured.

Collaborate with Marketing to scope requests, execute when feasible, or create tickets for Engineering or BI teams.

Conduct analysis related to install attribution and user activity across multiple games to assess marketing performance and return on investment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

3+ years of analytics experience in mobile gaming, consumer tech, or digital advertising, preferably in user acquisition/marketing.

Strong proficiency in SQL (Big Query preferred).

Hands‑on experience with BI tools, especially Tableau (experience building performant dashboards, optimising extracts, and managing data sources). Familiarity with data visualization best practices and the ability to turn complex metrics into intuitive visual stories.

Solid understanding of A/B testing, statistical significance, and incrementality methodologies.

Strong communication skills with the ability to distil technical findings into clear business insights.

Experience working with mobile attribution tools (Apps Flyer, Adjust, Singular) is a plus.
