A leading mining company in Toronto is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee global engineering functions for major projects. The role demands 15+ years of engineering management experience in the mining sector, focusing on project coordination and development of engineering talent. The compensation package includes a base salary of CAD 205,000 to 225,000, plus additional performance bonuses.
